This is a remote position that could be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

As a web experience strategist on our team, you will have the opportunity to ensure an engaging visitor web experience by creating and updating web pages and other digital content on our web properties. If you’re passionate about creating great web experiences for visitors to our websites, giving guidance to teams about what works best on the web, and interested in digital content management and processes, this would be a great job for you.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete requests for web page creation and updates, including asset creation and management, page layout and design, following established branding and style guides and ensuring QA.
Collaborate with team and stakeholders in a timely, effective manner to ensure goal alignment and task or project completion expectations.
Manage digital asset repository by organizing, tagging and optimizing assets and overall structure.
Recommend and build processes or process enhancements to improve efficiency and success in collaboration with team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Calix requires all employees based in North America who will work onsite at a Calix office, attend in-person meetings, and/or travel on behalf of Calix to be fully vaccinated. Calix will consider requests for reasonable accommodations as required under applicable law.
3+ years of experience in website content building, digital project work or other relevant professional experience.
3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), both Sites and DAM.
Experience with or working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphical software.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness and ability to work in close collaboration with others to reach goals.
Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can occur.
Flexibility in work schedule, including potential after hours, weekend and holiday work.
Occasional travel to meetings and Calix-sponsored customer events.
