First Shift Case and Label Supervisor

Responsabilities:

• Schedule labeling to make sure orders are ready by ship date.
• Oversee labeling office personnel to ensure Production (Whse Mgr) and the CSR are notified of any short items or labels or any other issues (OSTAT)
• Schedule employee hours and vacations.
• Follow Seneca's Warehouse Systems Manual and Quality Manual.
• Responsible for label line efficiencies
• Order and inventory direct materials scheduling label lines to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for Maintenance in the labeling area.
• Responsible for reconciliation between GEM & INCS inventory.
• Notify QA with any product issues.
• Make sure employees are following safety regulations.
• End of month reports such as downtime records, line changes, etc. Monthly Production Report.
• Physical inventory preparations.
• Chep pallets, Label coordinator backup
• Participate in Safety Committee, Quality Committee, and Can Damage Committee
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of labeling requirements.
• GEM, INCS, OSTAT
• High School Diploma or GED
• College degree and/or 2-5 years related experience and/or training.
