Description & Requirements
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to join us at our facility in Davenport- Iowa. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented and be willing to work in a team oriented- fast paced- refrigerated environment. This position requires individuals to perform general duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities & Duties

• Processing and handling of raw meat including beef pork and poultry
• Must be able to follow directives to ensure quality product while maintaining safety standards.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Daily sanitation work and cleaning.
• Processing of regulated documentation

Qualifications

• At least 18-years of age
• 1-year of continuous prior employment
• Prior Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Able to stand for entire 8-hour or 12-hour shift
• Able to work in cold/wet environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.- bend- carry- push- and pull
• Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must have a valid State-issued photo ID
• Must have reliable transportation for any possible shift
• Anyone hired for this position will be required to remove all jewelry- gauges- facial piercings- fake nails- fake eyelashes and nail polish (even clear) before starting employment. This is to ensure the safety of our workforce and our products.
