We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Acro Dance Teacher to join our team and teach children aged 5-12 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Acro Dance program that meets the needs of our dancers, fosters a love of dance, and promotes a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Acro Dance program that meets the needs of our dancers.
• Create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of dance and promotes physical fitness.
• Plan and deliver high-quality Acro Dance lessons that are age-appropriate, engaging, and challenging.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
• Ensure that all classes and activities are conducted in accordance with our policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Acro Dance to children aged 5-12 years.
• Extensive knowledge of Acro Dance techniques and ability to teach them effectively.
• Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that are engaging, challenging, and safe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid is an asset.
