SUMMARY

Location: Jellystone Park at Larkspur

Position Type: Non-Management, Seasonal, Part-Time

The starting pay rate for this position is $14.00 per hour.

As our Activities Assistant, you will help coordinate a variety of activities for the resort.

This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements:

• Coordinate and attend all activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners
• Set up and clean up after events
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
• Help maintain a tracking sheet to monitor attendance for each activity
• Assist with training Activity department team members and volunteers
• Assist with distributing the weekly newsletter to resort guests
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition

Job Qualifications:

• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
