NFC Amenity Management is currently accepting applicants for a Admin position in a Luxury Residential building in North Miami, FL.

Administrative responsibilities:

• Help submitting leasing applications with prospect
• Disclosing lease with new move-ins
• Filling out Leasing paper work
• Directing move-ins
• Submitting daily reports, and audits
• Making residents keys
• Correcting and going over ledgers with tenants
• Assisting with addendums for rentable items such as storage, assigned parking etc..

Qualifications

• Must be willing to deliver the highest level of quality customer service (aggressive hospitality) to our clients.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong customer service skills and being a self-starter are important.
• Strong individual and team contributor.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person
• 1 year of leasing experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred

Shift:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Open availability on weekends:

Saturdays: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Sundays: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
