Are you a highly organized go getter? Are you proactive, task driven and friendly? IMCO Construction is seeking a full-time administrative assistant at our Ferndale, WA corporate office. This role will work on-site as a trusted resource to support all levels of employees including the executive assistant and the accounting department.

We are seeking someone who will be able to complete projects proactively and efficiently, understands deadlines and how to prioritize, and enjoys organizational tasks. Daily tasks will include administrative duties such as answering and routing phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings, coordinating corporate travel and conferences, daily data entry, running errands, mail sorting, shipping and office organization.

Wage range: $25-$30 DOE
