We are a leading technology / telecommunications network services company located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

We are rapidly expanding, as our reputation for excellent and timely service brings us new clients on a continued basis. We are looking to find driven and hardworking individuals to fill multiple administrative roles in various departments to help us keep up with our growing demand.

Administrative Assistants / Coordinators in our Sales or Operations departments will be responsible for a variety of tasks on a day to day basis. We will be hiring separate individuals to assist in each department.

Some of these responsibilities may consist of:

Sales:

  • Ability to communicate at a high level with "C" Level Executives
  • Helps create proposals and quotes in support of the sales team.
  • Maintaining and sending sales proposals
  • Coordinating meetings and office communications.
  • Supports the sales team with customer satisfaction.
  • Keeps records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.

Operations:

  • Ability to understand and communicate internally and to clients about technology and issues being experienced.
  • Receive deliveries and packages from parcel carriers
  • Track inventory / stock levels
  • Assist operations teams in locating products for service delivery
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to clients’ emailed requests for service
  • Create and schedule service calls and technicians
  • Follow service calls through to their completion
  • Manage day-to-day progress of each call assigned
  • Monitor status of technicians/consultants
  • Update documentation of customer records
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.

Qualifications for all potential candidates:

  • A background or experience at a technology service provider or related field is highly preferred.
  • Must be diligent, detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment all while possessing a winning attitude!
  • Above average typing skills (60-80 WPM)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving skills/critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task while staying focused and driven
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as with little supervision
  • Ability and willingness to learn product basics and new computer programs
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy with our clients
  • Prior experience in tech related field is a plus
  • Engaging personality that blends well with fast-paced goal driven environment
  • Possess a confident, professional demeanor
  • You MUST be able to pass a government Criminal Background Check
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
