Min-Mid Annual Salary Range: $86,206.00 - $103,326.00 Effective as of: 06-16-2022


**Annual salary noted above is based on an 8 hour day and full days worked calendar. Any position that is less than a full FTE/8 hours per day or late start will be prorated accordingly.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT


The successful new hire or rehired candidate will be responsible to complete and incur the fingerprinting and processing fee of $54.50 through an appropriate fingerprinting vendor and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, within 48 hours of offer acceptance.

RESPONSIBILITIES


SUMMARY Provide district-wide coordination and oversight for The Jeffco High Dosage Tutoring Program. Provide direct support to schools implementing high dosage tutoring in elementary literacy or secondary math. Ensure school program plans align to research-based criteria and best practices as defined in the Jeffco High Dosage Tutoring Guide. Establish systems and structures for ongoing progress monitoring of student learning which results in improved levels of student achievement and growth in literacy and math.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support related to implementing high dosage tutoring programs at school sites.
  • Facilitate collaboration with district and school administration to provide tutor onboarding training
  • Identify and coordinate tutoring implementation needs at the school level.
  • Support professional learning opportunities to increase the knowledge of tutors to deepen their understanding of evidence-based practices in literacy and math
  • Support teachers and tutors in identifying student needs and providing appropriate interventions.
  • Act as a liaison between school and central departments that support high dosage tutoring programs.
  • Provide updates as to the overall effectiveness of tutoring programs for the Academic Leadership Team and assist in troubleshooting issues
  • Supervise and assist in the evaluation of the high dosage tutoring programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness in collaboration with Research and Design staff, principals, and teachers using a variety of data. Create and provide reports on the effectiveness of the programs. Make data-driven decisions to enhance direct instruction and work with identified stakeholders on student support teams, data teams, and problem-solving teams to monitor student progress.
  • Work with Finance department to centrally coordinate funds, coordinate expenditures, provide budget planning and tracking, and report on use of federal funds and grant dollars.
  • Complete required District State and Federal forms and maintain accurate recordkeeping.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three years of experience in program development or public education.
  • Instructional leadership experience

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Education or related field required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Current K-12 principal license

  • Personal computers and peripherals.
  • Operating knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and/or other department software packages.
  • Operating knowledge of and experience with typical educational/instructional technology equipment and programs.
