The Wyndmoor of Evansville currently has an opening for a Maintenance Director Assistant! We are looking to complete our staff with a fulltime day shift Assistant to serve the residents of our community.
- Experience in an assisted living environment and with Residential Rules/Regulations is encouraged but not required. You will be responsible with assisting the Maintenance Director with:
- Basic knowledge/skills of:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
