Store Management - Making sure the branch is ready for business, safe at all times, and works with other branches to support the company as a whole.

Serving Our Customers - Understand your customer's needs, create a friendly atmosphere, provide the fastest and most courteous service possible, complete rental transactions on Point-of-Rental software.

Employee Relations - Coaching and guiding equipment & yard crew in assisting customers and maintaining equipment and provide support when needed.

Education, Skills & Other Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to lift/move approximately 50-70 lbs.

Customer Service Aptitude

Ability to work with direct reports and support staff harmoniously

Strong telephone and computer skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Equipment rental industry experience preferred

Experience as inside sales representative, rental counter sales representative, auto parts sales representative, equipment dispatcher, truck dispatcher, construction foreman, or similar role preferred

Weekend work required

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, and safely move a minimum 50 pounds unassisted. Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.

May require 10-hour workdays, periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting and maneuvering material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
