POSITION : AUTOMATION TESTER

LOCATION: RICHMOND VA

HYBRID

JOB DESCRIPTION :

•Proficiency developing, implementing and executing data-driven or keyword driven testing frameworks using testing tools like Selenium, SOAP UI, JUnit testing and scripting , PowerBuilding scripting for testing. etc to facilitate test automation

•Proficiency in developing, planning, implementing and executing testing strategies, plans, methodologies and frameworks in support of Agile development

•Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements to develop and execute test plans/strategies

•Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement and execute custom automation/manual testing frameworks

•Proficiency in JBoss, Apache, Drupal, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, and PowerBuilder environments

Skill

Proficiency in implementing and executing testing strategies, plans, methodologies and frameworks in support of Agile development

Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements to develop and execute test plans/strategies

Excellent knowledge in database testing with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

Excellent knowledge in Cucumber/ Gherkin framework

Experience working with Ruby or Java

Working experience with version control tool such as GitHub / Azure DevOps

Demonstrated ability to execute custom automation/manual testing frameworks strategies review all systems requirements to write detail Test scenarios

Create and Maintenance of test data to support automation testing and Business users

Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist them in troubleshooting and recreating bugs
