ANC seeks a Regional Operations Manager, Places to serve as a devoted resource for the company's commercial accounts/clients (the "Places" vertical). Operating under the venue solutions arm of the Services department, this individual will primarily provide content scheduling and general logistical support for the Places vertical to ensure successful execution of client delivery & fulfillment. This position works closely with team members in Client Services and ANC Studios, as well as cross-functionally with Field Operations and Technical Support, to achieve this. The Regional Operations Manager, Places of ANC will be responsible for overseeing the execution of contracted services for ANC's growing division of Commercial, Out of Home, Retail and Non-Sports-Related clients. The person will oversee staff in each market working within the Field Operations team and be successful in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with ANC clients.

The role will be based in Manhattan, however, applicants should be willing to travel periodically to other markets (NYC, D.C., etc.)

What you'll do…

  • Oversee the execution of contracted services at all ANC Places (i.e., Commercial/Retail/Out of Home clients)
  • Bear primary responsibility for the operation and maintenance of ANC's signage systems at each facility (including LED Displays, LCD Displays, LED Operating Software)
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with the Sr. Director of Field Operations and the Field Operations team to provide regular updates
  • Manage a team of approximately 7-10 part-time and full-time technicians in the market
  • Act as ANC's representative to clients in the market being the point person for ANC clients making sure Field Technicians are adhering to ANC's policies and procedures
  • Confirm necessary preventative maintenance of all onsite products takes place regularly and as needed
  • Manage staff and oversee the repair any failing parts and rectify any software issues
  • Input service tickets to communicate and track issues and repairs at the facilities
  • Ensure onsite technicians maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, placing orders with Operations Manager for the warehouse as necessary to replenish supplies
  • Assist in the execution of small projects and special events within your assigned market. Provide ANC projects team with onsite assistance when necessary
  • Develop close working relationships with ANC's clients

What we're looking for…

  • Experience in technology troubleshooting and troubleshooting LED/LCD Hardware preferred
  • Experience with ANC LiveSync (vSOFT) Software
  • Knowledge of servers and other rack equipment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Interest in new trends within the industry and learning new technologies
  • Ability to interact confidently, professionally, and with an understanding of the technology directly with all departments, including senior management
  • Ability to work at high elevations and be comfortable with access to equipment where 30~40' climbs are typical
  • Flexibility in schedule and ability to travel approximately 50% of time

  • Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
  • Bonus: 10%
