Characteristics of a BOH Team Member:
- Exhibits CARE 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Friendly Tone, use a My Pleasure approach) at all times
- Treats all employees and guests with honor, dignity and respect
- Has a guest-oriented mentality where serving guests takes priority over all other duties
- Is a self-motivated worker who is mentally competitive
- Is able to work at a fast pace for extended periods of time

- Ability to accept critical criticism and grow with the business’ needs
BOH Team Member Responsibilities:
- Complete online training modules (Pathway) and stay up to date with online certifications and re-certifications
- Maintain a clean work area that abides by all Chick-fil-A and Health Department Standards
- Proficiently and accurately fulfill guests’ orders
- Produce product that meets the guests demands in a timely manner
- Abide by proper holding times to ensure a fresh, quality product
- Physical demands:
- Ability to work in a hot environment for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Part-time pay is $12 per hour.
