Job description
Gecko Girlz in Kailua Kona, HI is looking for shave ice baristas to join our team. We are located in downtown Kailua Village on the volleyball court. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, hard-working and able to work alone with good time management skills. This position is a closing shift and there is some flexibility in the number of hours and days worked weekly. We guarantee a minimum of $19 per hour Including tips (after completing training), but you will be earning over $20 per hour typically, during busy times up to $26 per hour.
Responsibilities

*Provide excellent customer service to all guests with energy and enthusiasm *Prepare quality shave ice and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Prep kitchen and food items *Follow health and safety guidelines *Engage and interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a barista or in food service *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Upbeat and energetic personality
