Processes requests for energy assessments and fulfills customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both common and proprietary concepts, practices, and procedures within a small call center environment. Communicate Mass Save regulations to customers and follow Mass Save procedures for home energy assessments. Reach call volume targets in an effort to keep the calendar full for field representatives. Strong preference for fully bilingual candidate (must speak English and Spanish fluently; other languages a plus). Once fully trained, employee may work a hybrid schedule between office (min. 3 days/week) and remote (max 2 days/week).

Essential Functions

  • Answers incoming calls and schedules service calls
  • Make outbound calls to book and/or confirm upcoming appointments
  • Provide fast, friendly and fun customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Schedule appointments in a timely manner
  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management
  • Must be competent with navigation through various computer programs including email, customer databases, salesforce, and must have willingness and ability to learn new programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
