Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott’s leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are growing and are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Business Office Accountant.

As the Business Office Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office
• Oversee all business office and primary accounting functions
• Processing payroll (semi-monthly)
• Oversee financial reporting and budgeting for the community
• Assist with monthly invoicing, Heavy Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Partner with leadership team in the community on budgeting and financial decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in business administration, accounting preferred
• Experience processing payroll
• Experience working with budgets for multiple departments
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Prior exposure to computerized accounting software; experience with RealPage property management software is a plus
• Excellent time-management skills, flexibility and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks
• A genuine interest in working with a senior population
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and staff members.
• Enjoy being part of a team
• An above-average level of attention to detail and accuracy
