What You’ll Do:
- Choose in advance which days and areas you want to drive
- Pick up and deliver packages in the local area
- Operate a mobile app that routes you to each pickup and delivery location
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Communicate any issues and failed tasks to the live dispatcher hotline
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance
- Must have your own vehicle - you will be reimbursed for mileage
- Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft), food delivery companies, shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx) is great, but not required
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
