Bluegreen Vacations Regional Office, located in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced and professional Call Center Sales Rep.

Compensation: Hourly plus commission

Schedule: Afternoon, Evening, Weekdays, Weekends.

May include a combination of weekdays and weekends. The duties of this role will be performed in office.

Position Summary: A Sales Rep will be responsible for selling and managing assigned mini-vac accounts to get marketing vacation package holders on vacation. Utilizing dialer software, the Sales Rep will proactively recieve calls or reach out to customers to provide personalized reservation consultation and vacation customization. The Sales Rep must adhere to specific verification guidelines to ensure delivery of a qualified guest to Bluegreen’s Sales Centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting guests with purshasing a mini vacatio stay or understanding and maximizing their vacation purchase, then securing reservation dates
  • Adhering to approved verification scripting and providing outstanding guest service
  • Proper handling of the dialer system to maximize performance and productivity
  • Have a thorough understanding, and keep up with changes to systems, vacation offers, promotions, destinations, participation details and policy changes
  • Maximize vacation experiences by selling additional vacation enhancements, such as room upgrades, additional nights or retail experiences

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • 6 months of call center experience
  • 6 months of sales experience utilizing rebuttals and closing skills
  • Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
  • Call Center/hospitality experience preferred
