Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is teaching hospital trauma center, neonatal intensive care unit, and is home to the Johns Hopkins Burn Center, the only adult burn trauma in Maryland, containing about 420 beds.

As a Cardiovascular Tech you would assist physicians with the performance of arrhythmia related proceedures including diagnostic electrophysiology studies; and therapeutic procedures including radiofrequency cathter ablation, permanent pacemaker and implantable defribulator implantation, and tilt table testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally specific education or an Associate's degree in Biological or Health Sciences or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year previous experience
  • ARRT (R) registration required
  • Maryland Radiology License through Maryland Board of Physicians.
  • CPR certification required.
  • ACLS required within 1 year of employment.
  • NASPE certification required within two (2) years of employment.

Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day shift (10 hour shifts)
