We are looking for competent Caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. One on one care inside a memory care facility or within the clients homes. Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work rotating week ends. We are looking for Caregivers close to the Spring, 1960 area, Tomball, Cypress, Klein, and North Houston areas.

Responsibilities

• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own: laundry, bringing food trays to their rooms, helping to keep their rooms neat.
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Skills

• Proven experience as a caregiver and knowledge of Dementia
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
