Our team invites you to join our fun, loving, talented crew in the field of Developmental Disability Services. We serve an amazing population of people diagnosed with intellectual/developmental delays throughout the Rogue Valley.
Our company mission is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of Individuals with Developmental disabilities. We have a variety of positions available for continued growth with the company. Our entry-level position as a Direct Support Professional functions similarly to a caregiving role (but funner.. yep that’s a word!). We support our clients to make healthy decisions, model and encourage functional social behavior, encourage community involvement, and much more.
Each of our residential homes serves between 1-3 individuals. We provide a company vehicle for employees to use during daily activities. Get paid to do fun activities such as bowling, fishing, swimming, shopping, going to the movies, and more!
We offer a variety of schedules including full-time and part-time positions. Our most popular schedule is the block shift. Work 24-36 hours straight and get paid to sleep during night hours! Then enjoy the rest of the week relaxing or focusing on continued education.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Pass a criminal background check.
2. Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
3. Have a Covid-19 vaccination or be willing to apply for a religious exemption.
4. Be Punctual, reliable, and have integrity
