As a Catering Assistant, you will be the face of our restaurant and will be expected to uphold these values as you extend the "Chick-fil-A Experience" to our off-site guests. Catering Assistants are expected to assist in delivering meals to individual guests and companies through both Catering and hosting occasional Marketing events in the Fort Wayne community ranging from assisting with Spirit Nights at the store, social media, and community outreach. With being a Catering Assistant, you have the unique ability to be an advocate for our restaurant and its values.

We are looking for professional, courteous, hardworking, and high-energy individuals who are flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to connect with our guests outside of the restaurant as a representative of our brand. A successful Catering Assistant will be able to work efficiently both individually and within a team, follow all proper procedures, and extend Chick-fil-A's genuine hospitality to every guest and individual they interact with both within and outside of the restaurant.

  Full-time Catering Assistants will start at $13/hr but then wage will be raised to $15/hr after 60 days of employment.

  Wages start at $18/hr then raise to $19/hr after a 30-day period beginning with the next pay period.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Drivers license for at least 2 years
• Agree to a Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background check
• Must be 18 years or older
• Smartphone and relevant apps are required to perform delivery orders
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be available Saturdays
