Crooker Construction is looking for multiple safety conscious candidates to join the team as Truck Drivers. The positions will be responsible for the safe operation of the assigned truck.

Available trucks include:

• Tack Truck
• Tractors
• Water (at Crooker facilities and on site for projects)

Class A CDL license with tank and hazmat endorsements is preferred for all roles.

Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; safe operation of the vehicle, safe loading and unloading of material and/or equipment, communicating with Truck Foreperson daily to understand scheduling needs and project locations, and communicating with on-site Project Managers and Supervisors.

The positions are based in Topsham and are full-time, year-round roles.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

· Working knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.

· Must be able to work the necessary schedule which may include long days, nights, and/or weekends.

· Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). CDL A with tank and hazmat endorsements is preferred.

· Previous experience with a heavy construction and paving company is preferred.
