We are Looking for a Certified Dietary Manager to be fully responsible for the total food service operation at South Hampton Nursing and Rehab. This will include total kitchen management as well as Resident charting. With possible charting at a sister facility in Guntersville AL one day a week.

Candidates without a current CDM certificate will not be considered. We are willing to train a first time account Manager if the candidate is strong with CDM knowledge.

We will also accept candidates with current Registered Dietician credentials.

The role of this CDM will work closely with the Staff in all aspects of kitchen management to create amazing meals for the residents of this facility. Will need to attend weekly meetings with the Administration and communicate daily with the District Manager for this account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
