We are looking for qualified & motivated Chemists/Chemical Engineers and System Operators to work in overlapping shifts to work on developing a novel metal recycling process. The System Operators will act as Loader
Technician, Process Operator, and Process/Assay Technician. The Chemists/Chemical Engineers and System
Operators will control and operate entire chemical pouring processes and system processes of the machines including but not limited to;

• Designing operating conditions, conducting operational tests, performing analyses, evaluating results, and suggesting changes to the system and process conditions.
• Monitoring recording instruments, flowmeters, panel lights, or other indicators and listen for warning signals to verify conformity of process conditions.
• Regulating or shutting down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Controlling or operating chemical processes or systems of machines, using panelboards, control boards, or semi-automatic equipment.
• Tracking and recording all data.

Applicants should have a minimum of a Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related program. The prospective applicants should have a knowledge of chemical and electrochemical principles including corrosion and electrodeposition.

Work will be performed at our pilot plant in Mound House, NV 89706 using a new electrochemical system fabricated for the effort. Work is supported by a partnership with Idaho National Laboratory who is collaborating on the project. Compensation will be aligned with Federal guidelines for salary (please inquire). Must have U.S. citizenship or be a Green Card Holder.
