CLIENT SERVICE AGENT / BOOKKEEPING ASSOCIATE

Basic Function:

Working closely with our management team to assist in managing the day-to-requirements for managing properties. Answering phones, assisting customers, supporting the Team in providing high quality services to our clients. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is has strong attention to detail, reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

About the position:

· Answer phones, route calls, take/relay messages

· Greet and assist clients as needed

· Sales and rental agreement preparation for self-storage

· Client communications

· Monthly data entry

· Light Bookkeeping

· Generate and submit invoices and account statements

· Maintaining client files and records

· Recording and preparing meeting minutes

· Estoppel preparation for Associations

· Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
