pCare, headquartered in Lake Success, NY, is the award winning, leading provider of interactive patient systems in the healthcare industry.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Client Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be required to attend to all customer queries, comments, and requests via phone or email.

The successful candidate should be able to display excellent client service skills and the ability to support our customers with technical issues in a timely manner.

Client Support Associate will be Responsible for:

Supporting, configuring, and testing interactive hospital systems including:

  • Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management
  • Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback
  • Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement
  • Maintaining pCare Interactive TV system, user and customer support, and general audio visual functions
  • Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years Computer/Information Systems experience, preferred
  • 1+ years in a customer support position
  • Good understanding of personal computer components
  • Basic knowledge in Audio / Video broadcast helpful
  • Basic Knowledge of television networks (RF, ATSC, and QAM preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with diverse personalities in stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • May require after hours on call support
  • Occasional travel may be required

Physical/Health Requirements:

  • Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings
  • Must be COVID 19 vaccinated

*New Hire bonus can earn up to $1k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
