The ideal candidate must be adaptable to a fast, ever-changing environment to meet daily schedule requirements.

Essential Requirements:

. Daily work schedule established by supervisor, based on demands of the job

· Proficient in the use of a CNC press break

· As a Brake Press Operator, you will produce a quality product per print specifications, using a computer-controlled Press Brake, with little to no supervision.

· Ensures machine is set up properly and working at full capacity

· Ability to adjust machine program as needed (sequences, bend lengths, angle corrections, etc)

· Performs periodic checks on output

· Ensures finished product is defect-free and ready for internal customers

· Responsible for the required periodic maintenance and cleaning of machine(s)

· Helps organize and keep work area clean

Other Skills and Qualifications:

· Current CNC Press Brake Operator experience required

· Experience with operating CNC Press Brake machine (Accurpress with ETS3000 control – a Plus)

· Strong Mechanical and Technical skills

· Can read and interpret print drawings

· Good math and problem-solving skills with the ability to add and subtract fractions

· Attention to detail

. 2+ yrs. demonstrated experience

Must be organized and ability to manage time and prioritize work

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Maintain safety awareness and good housekeeping

Time and attendance MANDATORY, OT required when necessary

Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, excellent eyesight to distinguish direction, patterns, etc.. Pushing, pulling, lifting to a maximum of 30 lbs. without assistance may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
