Marty Cancila Collision Center has an immediate opening Customer Service

Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing Customer

Service and Administrative support to Collision Center operations.

Pay: $24.9K to $29.1K

Other duties include:

  • Greeting customers as they arrive in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner.
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
  • Provides assistance in resolving customer concerns.
  • Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amounts received.
  • Closes repair orders on the computer system in a timely manner
  • Scan completed files and repair orders into system.
  • Screens calls, directs customers to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer.
  • Reconciles daily Deposit each evening.
  • Follows up on body shop accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment.
  • Assist in scheduling Customer appointments.
  • Keeping customers updated on vehicle status in conjunction with Estimators.
  • Assisting Collision Center Manager and Estimators as needed
  • Daily Time Flagging for Techs
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Ideal applicants will have the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18 of Age.
  • Efficient and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills and a desire for advancement are a plus.
  • Experience working with DRPs and Insurance Carriers
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair facility
  • Respond to online inquiries and emails in a timely manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Experience with CCC estimating System and Auto Collision Industry software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skill with customers, team members and vendors.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently is a must.
  • Professional Phone skills and pleasant communicator
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other Team Members
  • Must have ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Must be flexible with work schedule to ensure proper coverage in other absences.
