Your Impact as A Content Manager
The Content Manager is responsible for the maintenance of sales content and literature utilized by our Proposal Management Team for Consulting Proposals. The Content Manager works with various internal colleagues and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to make sure content is up to date and accurate, as well as assist the broader sales team with ad hoc requests.
The Content Manager is also responsible for technical aspects of Loopio, the content management database, and aids with user issues and training on system functionality.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct periodic content review updates with Key Stakeholders and SMEs, following up as needed
  • Maintain assigned library content, including incorporation of timely updates to existing material, building out new content, and retiring outdated content
  • Review content for formatting, spelling, grammar, and adherence to brand standards
  • Proactively monitor official channels to identify news and updates that could impact our content library
  • Coordinate with Pursuit Managers to review submitted proposals for updates and/or new material
  • Partner with Graphics Designers to ensure content is supported by accurate and engaging graphics
  • Learn and advocate on behalf of the Aon Proposition, to ensure our tone of voice is properly represented in all our materials
  • Coordinate email communications and strategy calls (if needed) with SMEs and domain leaders to kick off cycle review or ad-hoc reviews
  • Ensure all record meta-data in Loopio is correct and updated as needed
  • Manage the content development process for new services, tools, and processes, working with internal content contributors developing relationships with Key Stakeholders and SMEs
  • Loopio Proposal system administration
  • Train new and existing users on functionality as well as process improvements
  • Provide support and training for upgrades and testing
  • Communicate system issues/downtime and/or upgrades to users
  • Troubleshoot issues with users before escalating to Loopio
  • Contribute to the Loopio relationship, including providing input during bi-weekly meetings with Account Manager
  • Monitor Content mailbox for any adhoc questions or Loopio issues received
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree required in Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism, Business, or related undergrad degree
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant business experience
  • Experience in the healthcare, wealth, and/or risk space, strong understanding of business process outsourcing and benefits administration a plus
  • Experience working in a proposal or sales operations/support environment
  • Excellent project management skills and experience running large/complex proposal projects
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills – ability to communicate with senior business executives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn deliverables around quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Experience with Loopio or similar Proposal Automation System

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $88,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
