Objective/Overview:

The retail manager assists the retail leadership team and operations in supporting in-studio retail sales, including but not limited to: group trainings, presentation preparations, one on one calls, analyzing studio retail performance, proper goal setting, and floor retail displays.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support XPO Retail Director to reach internal sales targets
• Cultivate lasting relationship with Studio owners to grow studio owner loyalty
• Lead the execution of the brands visual merchandising strategy
• Provide feedback on Studios visual presentations
• Partner with brand Sales & Marketing Teams to drive retail-based programs and strategies
• Develop Merchandise and In Studio Sale SOPs
• Assist Franchise and GM Training – establish a sales training program to train new Studio owners and their staff
• Responsible for driving in-studio sales

Requirements/Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail related role
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
• In depth knowledge of retail sales techniques and best practices
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size
• Experienced project manager with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Comfortable presenting to internal partners and executives
• Understanding of and passion for fitness industry
• Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality
