Legal Secretary/Probate Paralegal

The Edwards Law Firm is seeking a legal secretary with at least 3 years of experience in the areas of Probate and Trust Administration. It is vital that this person be warm, friendly, energetic, poised and team oriented. Excellent word processing, spelling, grammar, and spreadsheet skills required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of multiple deadlines. Dedication to accuracy and on-time performance. Strong customer service and administrative background in a brokerage, titling, financial planning, or accounting environment desirable. This position involves managing the attorneys’ calendars, meeting with clients , and preparing and filing legal documents.

We pay competitively and provide a benefit package. Our hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00 – 6:00 with an hour lunch break. To apply, send a resume, references, and a cover letter explaining interest in the position.
