Summary
  • Tracks and monitors court appearance dates. Ensures that Program Participants are aware of scheduled court dates. Communicates appearance dates and disposition of cases to the customer. Generates reports as necessary.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitors the immigration court phone line regularly for updates to court appearance dates for ISAP Program Participants.
  • Communicates court appearance dates for Program Participants to the customer.
  • Contacts Program Participants directly to ensure that they are aware of court hearing dates.
  • Places follow-up calls after court appearances to determine the disposition of cases. Communicates information to customer and documents in the Company database systems.
  • Generated required reports if automated processed are interrupted.
  • Notifies the customer via email or phone of all court issued decisions
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least two years of office experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad accepted)
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • Ability to learn internal Company database systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Good customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
