Purpose:
The purpose of the Design Team is to be the hub of excellence for creative concept development and design within the Bally’s Interactive UK/ES Marketing organisation. The design team provides an internal agency service that offers the development of end-to-end brand worlds, creative assets for our 8 ventures as well as focusing on internal capabilities to ensure our people have the best processes and ways of working to allow an efficient workflow and collaboration, within the team and across all of Marketing.
The assets span many channels including our websites, digital display, social and physical CRM and E-CRM. Essentially, every step of a customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Brand worlds: Develops the brand worlds for all the brands that sit within the Venture Squad. Defines, challenges, and evolves the aesthetic/creative vision for each of them - sometimes with internal resource only or alone and sometimes with external agency support. The brand worlds allow for a rich visual and written brand identity that is seamless across all customer communication and all campaigns.
- Campaign development: The development of promotional campaigns and concepts that are aligned with our players needs and that can be leveraged in acquisition, retention and social activity. Each venture will have a month-long promotion each month and 4 x weekly promotions.
- Creation of visual and written assets: The development of all creative assets for a portfolio of ventures. Assets will cover, e-crm, physical crm, display, paid and organic social, logged in and logged out websites. Per venture, all assets will feed from the brand worlds and provide differentiation and consistency for our ventures. The Creative Director will work close to the Copywriter of the squad (forming a creative duo) to ensure the tone of voice across all customer messages are consistent and make each individual venture unique and richer.
- Creative guardian: Be the overall creative guardian of each venture within the Venture Squad. This person will work close to the Design Manager to ensure the brands are being used in the right way but won’t be responsible to sign-off of the day-to-day output of the team. However, the Creative Director will sign-off the concept or ‘key creatives’ before the team evolves and idea and create the output for our multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Design Leadership Team (DLT): As a member of the design leadership team, provides a rich and exciting environment for the Design team for UK & ES. Contributes with ways to improve the wider team, implement positive change and embraces opportunities to make the Design Team an amazing place to work. Collaborates closely with the other Creative Director ensuring both Squads work in a similar way making potential cross-squad collaboration smooth and dynamic.

- Thinks outside the box and broad: Innovation and thinking creatively is a key part of this role and how to bring those concepts to life assessing impact and implementation across multiple channels and platforms (web, native, social media, digital display, etc)
- Brand Strategy:Understands the strategy of each brand (relevant to each squad) and knows how to visually bring that strategy to life through amazing creative - understands how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
- Networker:Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team; understands the importance of collaboration and interpersonal skills.
