General Director Crumbl Cookies, Morgantown, WV

$50,000 annual salary with $5,000 annual contingency bonus.

We are looking for a General Director for the Morgantown Crumbl Cookies store. Food industry or operations management experience is a requirement.

We are looking for an individual that exhibits exceptional leadership, is energetic, motivated, and has a strong work ethic.

A Director plays an active role in working with the crew, balances labor and waste costs, plays an active role in hiring/recruiting, is responsible for cash handling, and oversees inventory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing store inventory, including regular counting, reporting, organizing, and

restocking of all consumables, paper, and non-perishable goods

• Overseeing and/or performing recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of bakers and shift

leads

• Scheduling employees, including managing individual availability and shift structure

• In conjunction with the Regional Director, facilitating donations, fundraisers, and other

community outreach efforts and events

• Coordinating and ensuring delivery of all store catering orders

• Attending corporate meetings and training as appropriate and as indicated by corporate

• Ensuring Crumbl quality standards (the 3 C’s) are met and maintained in all store

Operations

• Training new Assistant Directors (AD) as they are hired; ensure ADs can act

interchangeably with one another and can fulfill your duties when you are away or

unavailable. It will also be your responsibility to identify and train other employees as

needed.

• Building and maintaining a positive culture within the Company, with emphasis on

quality, individual ownership of work, and mutually supporting team members

• Providing counseling and discipline to employees while retaining the positive Crumbl

culture.

• Additional duties as required (only when identified and discussed prior to execution)

Anticipated hours: 45 hours a week, with more as necessary to address store concerns. Closed every Sunday

10 days of PTO per calendar year
