We are seeking a part time Customer Service Representative who will assist with policy renewal processing and insurance policy reshops.
Responsibilities
Follow systems and procedures for processing insurance policy renewals.
Speak to mortgage companies regarding invoices and payments.
Communicate with clients regarding renewals, invoices, and policy updates.
General requirements ordinary to managing a book of business.
Data entry for policy reshops.
Ensure policy document retention is completed accurately.
Document communications in agency management system.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products & Outlook email.
Ability to type 45+ words per minute
High School Diploma and 18+.
Possesses a strong ability to work independently, be coachable, and takes initiative to learn aspects of the job.
Must be organized and able to communicate well.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour
