PRODUCTION CLONE CUTTER & PLUGGER

Do you want to work in a licensed, state-of-the-art indoor grow facility in the heart of Los Angeles? Now's your chance! Get in on the ground floor as we hire our first round of cultivation staff for our brand new LA facility.

We are a fully vegetative nursery that sells clones and teens to other licensed facilities. We are looking for individuals who are capable of cutting and plugging high volumes of clones on a daily basis.

• Bump in pay after 30 day review period

Applicants must be able to maintain a regular, consistent working schedule if hired. Proper transportation is required to get to scheduled shifts. We are seeking organized, punctual, honest, and driven teammates. Please include any cannabis or agriculture-related work experience on your resume.

Responsibilities of position include, but are not limited to:

Clone Cutting/Running/Plugging primary responsibilities:

• Work directly under the Cultivation Manager and department Crew Leaders for job tasks and assignments.
• Following SOP's.
• Communication with Crew Leaders and taking instruction to carefully work with mother plants.
• Inspecting plants for pests, fungicide problems, or other abnormalities.
• Cutting clones to proper size and quality, keeping a clean work station.
• In an organized fashion, Runners take cut clones to the plugging station where they are plugged into the cubes they will root in.
• Pluggers take the cut clones and plug them into cubes where they will root
• Pluggers complete corresponding track and trace labeling and data entry.'

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Greenhouse & Nursery Growers: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PAC Pesticide Applicator Certificate (Preferred)
