Job Summary:

The Customer Business Leader (Amazon & Pure Play Retailers) is tasked with driving the strategic vision and managing operations of Amazon as well as all current/future PURE-PLAY retailers. Accelerating Digital is a core strategy for Tasty Bite.

This role is remote work eligible.

What are we looking for?

· Bachelor’s degree

· Prior experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry)

· Prior Amazon customer management

· Strong influencing, negotiation, business planning, customer penetration and communication skills are essential to this role

· Analytical experience working with Profitero, Excel, PowerPoint

What will be your key responsibilities?

· Driving profitable sales, developing and maintenance of the “digital shelf”, pricing and distribution objectives for Tasty Bite at Amazon, Amazon-Fresh and WFM.com

· Securing placement of the Tasty Bite portfolio at other pure-play retailers including, but not limited to; Go-Puff, Boxed, Woot! AMAZON B2B.

· Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Director and the entire Sales Team

· Responsibility for the Amazon account P&L and implementation of the activity plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, trade & deduction management, collaborative Seasonal planning, assistance in digital marketing campaigns, and best-in-class product presentation with dCommerce Content Managers

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with buyers and senior management to ensure a long-term partnership that promotes sales growth and enables Tasty Bite to hit/exceed sales and share objectives at Amazon/Pure-Plays. This role will lead/assist in Annual Vendor Negotiations with Amazon

· Shared responsibility to manage category basics, define and implement clear digital business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings

· Identify and communicate strategic portfolio and digital investment needs and required timing to accelerate growth at a rate faster than total Tasty Bite. This role will be instrumental in developing a sustainable dComm/Amazon specific item portfolio through cross-functional collaboration across brand teams, customer marketing, shopper, sales finance, supply, and more

· Improve operational efficiencies through catalog, portfolio mix, forecasting, order management, supply, and shopper marketing optimizations

· Data-intensive analysis to allow the retailer and internal teams to make decisions based on fact-based selling.

· Alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders in the business - Marketing, Finance, Category, Customer Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Supply Chain teams

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
