Summary
The Customer Experience (CX) Liaison’s main focus is to help transform the company in its customer first efforts. The chosen candidate must be able to work cross-functionally across all departments to create and drive alignment around the company’s goal of creating a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
This role requires a hands-on leader who will drive positive reviews and survey results. It is both a strategical and tactical role, responsible for collaborating with the various operations teams to execute the necessary changes based on the Voice of the Customer.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
  • Document and create procedures
  • Track and demonstrate accountability for customer service scores
  • Collaborate across departments to educate and improve customer service
  • Develop and manage customer service initiatives designed to “raise the bar”
  • Analyze and develop customer journey maps to identify problem points and determine solutions
  • Analyze and manage data across multiple platforms
  • Evaluate technology and processes for improvement opportunities
  • Lead strategic meetings and work with functional experts in each department
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and continuously act as a change agent
Qualifications:

What We Need From You

  • 2 Year college degree and at least 2 years of dynamic customer service and data analytics experience.
  • CRM experience (salesforce platform or similar)
  • Online portals
  • Spreadsheet proficiency
  • Data tracking
  • Ability to build a position that doesn’t already exist
  • Urgency is critical
  • Team player
  • A passion for customer service
  • Customer resolution a plus

Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday
