Lake County Manufacturing Company is seeking a full-time customer service representative. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must be able to process orders, have excellent computer skills, communication skills, be highly organized, follow-up, data input, and maintain files. Must have high school degree or equivalent, bilingual a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

This position requires relevant manufacturing customer service experience. The selected candidate will be the key contact for multiple IPCC customers and IPCC sales representatives. This candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, be adaptable to change, be highly motivated with the ability to confidentially deal with and overcome challenging customer situations.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers to relay information and understand their requirements.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
• Customer Service Representatives handle all questions and concerns customers have on an ongoing basis and assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Develop a working knowledge of the business’s manufacturing capabilities and product offerings. Advice on company information.
• Place or cancel orders.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage new and existing orders with each individual customer. Work with IPCC’s production manager to ensure all orders are met as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proven customer support experience
• Familiar with IQMS systems and practices as a bonus
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Documentation Skill
• Multitasking
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
