The Position:The Customer Service Specialist (FleetPulse is responsible for fielding all incoming FleetPulse telematics system support requests and inquiries through telephone, Email and Gleap support ticketing system
Responsibilities:
  • Handle administration of incoming FleetPulse support requests through telephone, Email and Gleap ticket system
  • Direct support requests and inquiries to the appropriate support team members
  • Participate in daily support status meetings to ensure quick issue resolution
  • Provide administrative support for the FleetPulse support Team
  • Create and report support response metrics on a regular cadence
  • Compile and confirm all warranty claims being charged back to FleetPulse component suppliers
  • Communicate with supplier representatives in support of claims
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with key account contacts (FleetPulse Team, Great Dane customers, suppliers, service centers and dealers)
  • Generate other Excel reports as needed
  • Support FleetPulse Team creating parts orders to manufacturing facilities and component suppliers
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualificatons:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and filing skills
  • Knowledge of support ticketing systems (Gleap) preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with varying deadlines
  • Experience answering phones in a professional and courteous manner.
