Dental Implant Customer Support Representative

Thommen Medical, a leader in the Dental Implant industry is seeking a Customer Support Representative with medical or dental experience for our Cleveland, OH office. We partner with dental practices around the world with the goal to provide the best possible implant systems and deliver the best customer service.

That’s where you come in! As a Customer Support Rep, your focus will be to provide efficient and outstanding client service. You must be detailed oriented, an excellent communicator, hard-working, organized, possess a willingness to learn, and be comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously. We are looking for an independent thinker and problem solver. Dental office experience a plus. Candidates with call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer and sales rep phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications in a timely manner.

Enter/reconcile orders, field customer requests, solve customer problems, and provide general field sales and customer support.

Order and replenish inventory.

Ensure quality and compliance on orders.

Process and input customer orders, verifying product availability and proper pricing.

Review print orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate special/last-minute shipping requests.

Track orders/backorders as needed and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise.

Process returned goods according to procedure, and assure proper credit is provided to customer.

Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner, answering questions, and investigating and resolving any errors.

Generate daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports, as requested by manager.

Cross-train in all departments and tasks to support other team members as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of proven customer service experience in a technical or clinical setting

· Acute attention to detail

· Ability to organize one’s time and job duties effectively

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)

· Hardworking, results-oriented, ethical, adaptable with a positive attitude

· Ability to learn highly technical information and educate customers on the material

· Able to work weekdays 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

· Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist or Assistant is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
