Purpose

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Engagement, the Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analysis and reporting of all digital marketing initiatives for Chiesi Global Rare Diseases. Responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, making recommendations, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and presenting to senior marketing team members.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies.

This position is based in our office in Boston, MA and requires approximately 5% travel.

Main Responsibilities
Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
Monitoring latest digital media and marketing trends.
Communicating and presenting to colleagues and senior managers.
Experience Required
Solid experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and Power BI.
Practical knowledge of SEO best practices (experience with SEMRush and Moz a plus).
Knowlede of digital marketing best practices across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
Passion for digital marketing and its best practices
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
