As a Digital Strategist at Bader Rutter, you are responsible for the successful development and execution of digital strategies and programs for client brands. Focused on owned digital channels, your role requires the ability to leverage customer journey, user experience, user research, information architecture, and site channel role to inform strategy, content creation and calls-to-action. You’ll combine your knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape to deliver strategic digital marketing recommendations.

The Digital Strategist collaborates across the agency (paid media, social, SEM, marketing automation, user experience, development, account and creative) to execute the strategies and ensure the overall success of their projects. You will serve a vital role in promoting the integration of cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of work to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strategic thinker, using customer and user insights and always keeping an eye on online behaviors and trends
• Expert in identifying opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities within clients’ owned digital channels
• Broad experience in owned digital spaces, including SEO, CMS platforms, Ux, etc.
• Solid communication & presenting skills, both internally and client-facing
• Strong collaboration skills with a knack for bringing thoughts and people together
• Working knowledge of Paid and Earned digital channel roles and ability to collaborate on cross-channel strategies with other digital experts in the agency
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
