Preferred Precision Group, LLC, is hiring hardworking and driven Field Production Associates with great ethics who are looking for employment in the Metal Recycling Industry. We need individuals with a broad range of experiences, who can multitask with frequently changing priorities on the worksite.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material

• Assist welders, carpenters, painters or other tradespeople on-site

• Handle and transport materials and equipment

• Use power tools and machinery when needed

• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks

• Put up warning signs for vehicles and passersby

• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures

• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50-75 pounds regularly)

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus

• Communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safety rules

• Reliable transportation

• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary

• Ability to pass a drug screen, be on time for your scheduled shifts, and take pride in yourself and in your work

On the job training will take place on first shift for 1 week or more!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
