Detailed Job Description:
- Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude to insure that you EXCEED THE GUESTS EXPECTATIONS
- Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
- Lift and place loaded racks of dishes, glassware, tableware, utensils, etc. into dish machine and remove same from the dish machine
- Remove loaded trash cans to dock area and empty into dumpster
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
- Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in all other areas of the restaurant including kitchen, dining room, restrooms, etc. performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as requested
- Opens, closes and otherwise maintains the dish area properly following proper procedures for set-up, breakdown, cleanliness, etc.
- Operate within the Montana Grille Teamwork Service System at all times
- Be ready and willing to assist Management, fellow Associates and guests before they ask
- Assume 100% responsibility for our guests quality experience
- Project an out-going and friendly personality at all times.
- Able to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment.
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
- Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
