Located in the heart of downtown Winter Garden for over 20 years, we are a busy restaurant that serves Italian dishes and our famous pizza.

We are looking for professional, hard working, customer service oriented individuals that can thrive in a fast paced environment and coordinate well with team members to ensure an optimal customer experience.

We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual with a passion for food prep and a commitment to customer service to join our growing team.

A prep cook and dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen items and utensils, and performing basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or cooks. It is also their responsibility to prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, weighing, and ensuring that they are the correct quantity and quality. Furthermore, a prep cook and dishwasher may also have to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, clear tables, monitor inventory of ingredients in storage, coordinate with the kitchen staff, and meet all health standards and policies.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience preparing casual dining restaurant meals, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, ensuring that all dishes are prepared accurately and in a timely fashion, and will be responsible for cleaning all kitchen equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
