Job Title: District Facilities Manager

Job Summary: The District Faclities Manager shall plan, coordinate, and direct buildings, and grounds programs. They shall assist in the management of District health and safety programs, shall coordinate the overall maintenance, budgeting, and improvement of District equipment and facilities, and shall serve as the District representative for facilities. The District Facilities Manager shall coordinate custodial personnel in consultation with building administrators; and shall supervise and evaluate custodians. They will also perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and Operations.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $75,000-95,000 DOQ
