Overview: Since 1977, Echelon Supply and Service (formerly JGB Enterprises), has been a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications throughout the world. ESS is currently seeking a mechanically inclined Driver to join our team in Liverpool, NY.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the company box truck and 30’ flat bed stake rack truck (non-CDL).
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, building strong rapport with customers.
• Pickup and deliver product locally between Echelon facilities, from suppliers and to customers.
• Provide complete and accurate records of all pickups and deliveries.
• Performs preventative and routine maintenance service for machines, equipment, buildings, and grounds, at management’s direction.
• Aide in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and snow removal.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems, to identify potential issues.
• General housekeeping maintenance, as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid drivers license. CDL not required.
• Safe driving record.

Skills and Abilities:

• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
• Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
